You will need: short length of 2"pvc pipe. 1 long handle/aluminum pole is best. A piece of foam or something to cushion. Duct Tape. 2 1/4"x20 studs with nuts. 2 L-brackets. 2 bungee chords. 2 Ball Heads: Mini Ball Head LinkFor bow mount pole; Determine the length you will need based on the width of view your camera has. mount the 1/4x20 stud in the end. Connect the ball head for the camera mount. Fasten the l brackets to the other end where it mounts to the crossbar just in front of the mast ball. Rivet or fasten a length of pvc pipe cut in half to form a U to the l brackets. Place foam in the U and wrap with duct tape. Bungee the end with the foam to the crossbar by using the grommet in the tramp behind the mast ball. Bungee the middle of the pole to the spreader bar in the center. Thread camera onto ball head and adjust for best view and position. Done

Helmet Cam; Drill hole in front of old bike helmet and insert 1/4x20 stud. Attach ball head and camera. I bought my Kodak Playsports for 60-80$ each. Tough to find now. They work great.Done

Thanks Steve. I like the way you mounted it to the front crossbar. Nice job.
