I'm looking for some tips on how to mount a video camera on my Hobie Wave. I know a lot of you have already done this because I've watched you're videos online. Where and how are you guys mounting cameras? If you have some pics of your set up, that would be great!
Thanks, Jim

Hi Jim, did you figure where to put it? I'm new to the forum, and i'd like to know about it.
Thanks
Alex

I will post some pics in the next couple of day of how I did mine. I also use a small cheap Giottos Ball Head screwed onto a 1/4x20 stud I inserted thru an old bike helmet. Works great. All cameras have a threaded socket for a tripod or whatever. They are all 1/4x20 standard.
I just downlaoded and installed "Lightworks" video editing software this weekend. It's free and actually very fast and quite nice. Little bit of a learning curve though. prob' the best software I've found that's free for video production.
Here's a quick video I did yest' of my inflatable boat I rigged for fishing:

Looks like a nice little fishing boat, and looked very stable for it's size.
Looking forward to the camera mount info when you get a chance.
